Probably, as soon as someone does the editing.

The problem is that I don't think anyone even has uploaded their raw fraps to our servers. So most likely Lappe is going to upload his tomorrow when we get to Assembly (a big lan party here in Finland where most of us are going) since his has so slow connection at home. Then someone will edit and render it. Hopefully it should be out during the weekend.
