how fast can Alyzrazor possibly be killed?

It feels to me like you can put 10 or more dps in the air and kill the boss in 1 burn phase maybe...do you think this is at all possible? (at least on normal?)

It is certainly doable on normal, on heroic might be a bit harder but wouldn't still call it impossible.
