Raid healing. Cataclysm.

I would love to have some advice on raid healing and assignations.

I have been raid leading for about 2 years and with cataclysm and the patch that introduced the new 31 talents, I got a bit lost with the changes.

Currently, my main questions is this:

what classes are best for healing tanks in raid heroics?
what classes are best suited for healing the raid in heroics?

As an example, what would be most efficient healing assignations on a fight such as Chimaeron?

I will add on this topic coz my question is also about healing, What are ur expirience in cata raids for now, and what is class what is domino atm, Acording to World of Logs it looks like Discipline priest are top healer in the most of raids so I would like to see did ur healers agree with this. And another question is how that ur logs are not on world of logs? I am sure u would have top :)

Priests on raid, paladins on tanks. Rest can do both.
