I'm running a 10 man guild and we want to start BWD. What is "good" dps to start BWD?

kinda interested in this myself,
My Guild are struggling on all the raids atm and i feel alot of this is Gear related,
For example Halfus we have got to the point where we are regualrly gettin him down to 13 - 16% as the beserk timer hits n we get pwned,
tried various different tactics but depending on which drakes are usable but i feel that we lack dps and heals due to gear,
which stops us from killing.
Be interesting to get some rough figures of Where there gear lvls were at when they downed the first raid bosses, as i feel asking " How much DPS did u do is missing the point somewhat

In a 10 man normal BWD raid, it would be best to have all your dps to be around 12-14k.
