Nefarian P3 add help

hello, me and my guild are stuck at nef p3 and we cant think of working tactic for the add handling in p3. Could you please tell us how do you handle them?
what we tried was:
1.tank picking adds and just tanking adds - failed because he was getting killed really fast
2.tank trying to kite them over the hunters frost trap - adds were getting insane speed by the stacking debuff that they have - resulted as in 1st option we tried
3. CCing 3 adds till they dispappear by hunters trap shackle and fear of warlock - failed because the flame was breaking CCs and bringing adds with 100 energy resulting in them nuking ppl

We are 10 man guild btw and we cant have perfect setup for this as our guild consist of 11 raiding ppl .

A combination of 2 & 3, pretty much.

Gather all adds in 1 place during phase 1. This will enable you to have all of them ressurect at the same time in phase 3.

When that happens whatever you have tanking them (we have a paladin) picks them up, and kites them around. The fires that spawn hits in the place the add it targeted was at when it left nefarian. This enables you to kill all 6 adds twice in phase 3 thereby resetting their stacks.
