Hi guys,
Been following your progress on the new raid content and just wanted to get your opinion on a few things. My first question is in regards to the balance between 10 and 25 player content. How well do you feel Blizzard have achieved this? I come from a 25-man guild and we intend to stay that way for Cataclysm. I am however concerned as naturally co-ordinating 25 people is harder than running a tight 10-man unit - has this been taken into account with what you have experienced so far?
My second question (Having seen your IRC topic in #Paragon Quakenet the other day). What is the level of difficulty between heroic and normal raid instances? Have Blizzard really gone the extra mile to ensure a considerable margin of difficulty differentation?
Finally, and I guess anyone can answer this. With there being no achievement differences between 25-man and 10-man raids, how will progress be tracked? From what I gather, sites such as wowprogress use achievements to track this sort of thing. Will Cataclysm still see 'world 1st' 25 mans and 'world 1st' 10 mans of each raid - or will it simply be whoever gets there first? :)

Hi,
There was already a topic about 10-man versus 25-man content somewhere on our site. The general opinion was that so far 10 and 25-mans aren't equally hard and probably never will be.
About the difficulty of heroics in Cataclysm, well they were really hard. Some of them were even "unkillable" number-wise, but we can't know for sure if the encounters have been buffed/nerfed for the release. So we'll get the answer to that question in a few weeks.
My guess for world first (if 10-mans stay easier) is that sites like wowprogress will still track the 25-man kill as the most important kill. You can basically just check how many guild members has gotten the achievement and do the math from there. We at least aren't interested in 10-man kills as long as 25-mans are harder.
