Sindragosa FrR 4.0?

My guild has lost its push for the last couple months, but now we are trying to finish H Sindy and H LK before Cataclysm releases. We are currently stuck on H Sindy and there is much debate on whether or not it is necessary for tanks now (4.0) to wear the three pieces of craftable frost resist gear. For those of you who still have her on farm, what are your tanks doing? I had been wearing the Ony ring and popping a resist flask.

When we started doing the encounter (and some time after getting it on farm) our tanks were using at least 2 pieces of frost resistance gear; ring and chest. As they are leatherworkers they also changed their wrist enchant to frost resistance and that pretty much covered it with the paladin aura.
