So I'm flying around Wintergrasp, farming saronite while queued up for PoS and HoR normal in an attempt to get some new bracers and boots for my hunter, when I tell myself that "Hey, you know what? Let's try some heroics!" - because the queue for just those two I mentioned is long and I'm bored. I drop the queue and join up for a random heroic, and 5 minutes later I pop into Ahn'kahet, the Old Kingdom. Because I'm a curious person, I hover over each party member's unitframe and lo and behold! Three of them are from Paragon! So, I figure "this'll be a quick and easy run!"

Quick? Yes. Easy? Not so much.

Two-three pulls in, one of the people from GLORIOUS PARAGON overaggros and dies. We kill the trash, and while the tank (also from GLORIOUS PARAGON) rushes on towards the next trash, the healer (a random, much like me) stays behind to resurrect the dead. The last person from GLORIOUS PARAGON and I follow the tank, but shit hits the fan and the healer isn't in range, so everyone dies, except me, because I'm sneaky so I just fake it. All goes well for a few minutes after this, we down the first boss and move on towards those clicky orbs that need to be clicked before the second boss. Right before the second orb, the random healer declares to be oom, and asks if anyone's got drinks. Request is ignored, tank rushes on and everyone dies because, well, the healer can't really heal anyone without mana. (It might be worth noting that I managed to aggro a wandering group of geists here. I'm not going to claim I'm entirely without blame.) Second wipe, GLORIOUS PARAGON drops group and I'm left laughing myself to a stomach-ache because I can't believe what just happened.

I know you guys are all hardcore and shit, but really? Not paying any attention at all to a healer's mana status, is that REALLY how you roll?

I wouldn't prolly go this far with it. I do mostly the same thing with my holypally in random grp's (chainpulling and whatnot) but I do think it wasn't that nice to just leave the group after actions like that ;)
