I have a question if someone knows if Justice Points (JP) shall reset just before expansion or can you collect 4k JP and save them into the expension?
Have looked on some forums but havent got a real answer.

You will be able to bring 4000 JP into Cataclysm, enough to buy a couple of blue lvl 85 gears.
You can collect as many JP as you want before 4.0.3 hits though, and anything above 4000 will likely be turned into gold at that time.

As far as I know the points will not be wiped at the start of Cataclysm but Justice Points (JP) will only buy you blue items at level 85, because JP always buys you the lower gear available. So at the start of Cata you'll have blues for JP and the first epics for Valor Points.
With the cap at 4000 JP you'll prolly won't get more than 1-2 blue items once you hit 85. So saving up will not give you any great headstart.
