Mind Blast

Just curious on what you guys normally do with mind blast. Do you tend to wait until you have at least one orb or do you cast it constantly off CD. For the most part I've been holding off until I have at least one Shadow Orb before mind blasting, but I haven't seen too much clarification on this topic.

Use on cd if empowered shadows has over 6 sec left

Cast it off cool down, unless you don't have empowered shadows up and your dots are about to wear off
