New changes to disc

the 4.0.6 had great changes but now they increased the mana cost which they could have done other things to fix the bubble problem.

I was doing this in raids-
bubble tank when rapture is off cd
bubble raid before i know incoming damage is coming
smite to 5 use penance on cd (use at the 5 stacks for mana reduction)if someone is even the little bit damaged.
smite when nothing else to do and use archangel when needed or when there is a lot of running

With the new mana increase to bubble can you give me any pointers for 10 man or some help on maybe stuff im doing wrong ?

Is there a scenario in which you find yourself uncomfortable?
As long as you're also running Inner Focus, nothing sounds off-beat to me.
