As far as stats go, Hit should be capped at 17%, then should haste be focused on the most followed by Mastery and Crit and Int?

How much of a problem is mana regen?
I am level 85 and just about to start heroic dungeons, however i have noticed a HUGE problem with mana regen. i have adjusted my healing technique as much as i can and even made sure most of my gear consists of a lot of spirit.
I am pretty low geared for an 85 but i was just wondering will it get better? I never had this much trouble in WOTLK.
An answer is greatly appreciated.
