I have a question about the fight against Sarufang 25 heroic.
We have been looking through are logs and stuff and the other tanks
Think that I should run with the armor trinket from triumph badges and
the putricide 10 man trinket.
so what I am wondering is it worth droping 4k hp (before engage and taunts)
for 2600 armor, I am not sure about it and that's why ask you.

An armor trinket would give more effective health. However, I personally tend to use the Coin of Gunship. If you get low, you get a high amount of armor ( Equel to about 2 stamina trinkets in terms of EH ) , but the avoidance sort of prevents runic power generation.
Let me explain it. Every hit you take will deal blood damage to the marked people, so generating runic power. The more marks you get, the more runic power he generates per hit. Also, he gains 1% damage ( If I remember it right ) for every runic power point , so eventually if you prevent runic power, you reduce the incoming damage at that given moment as well.
In the end he will get 90 runic power however, but at the last 30% it really counts due to the extra damage he gets and you approaching the end. You'd rather want to end up with 50 runic power than an other mark.
