what do u think on mastery vs crit vs haste reforging?

now i reforged haste for mastery and have

17.41 mastery
48.04 % Critt
21 % Haste

what do u think about reforging
and what do u reforge and spell rotation to best dps?

and what do u think about new combustion and moment to cast it?
