question for baltha and his crit rating

benn looking at Baltha's armory and it puzzles me that he got 900crit rating and it say that he got 56.27% crit me myself got around 873 crit rating but only around 35% crit... so i wonderhow its possible for him to have 20% crit with only 26 rating more ??
