When is a good time to use this? I have my NS+HW macro set to use it, but should I be keeping it on cooldown? situational? I sometimes go entire boss fights without using it...I know that's bad but I guess I kind of forget.

I have mine macroed in chain heal :) Maximum usage and for situational things i got my instant healing wave.

Mine is macroed with riptide
