From the day i created my shaman untill today, i love my shaman. Resto, ele or enh, just my style.
However, having only little playtime available, i'm basicly limited to gather gear from the emblems and lower raids, the T8 and T9 sets, and offcourse the ICC heroics.
Now i was wondering, how do the shamans of Paragon look at the tier bonus? Dispite the stats loss, i feel that T8 2 and 4 part bonus are way better then the new T9 bonus.
The 2 set T8 for enhancement i have 20% dmg increase to my 2 most used powers, while the T9 gives me a whooping 3% extra chance for the Static Shock talent (from 6% to 9%.. yeey?). The change to Ele 4set T9 (i believe it initialy was 20% Lava Burst bonus, now it is a DoT of 10% of my SP) aint much either, having your lightning bolt/chain as your spam attack.
So what actualy is better, provided a max of 232 gear overal (frost emblem trinket/totem), mix the 2 tiers or leave them alone and grab the non-tier items?
