Hey guys,

Congratulations on awesome progression. This question is actually directed at your resto Shammies.
My main since BC is a Holy Priest, however after viewing various test bosses and reading up on many posts and also looking at the comments made by Jhazrun, im am getting a bit worried about the state of priest healers come the expansion.

Ive been leveling a Shaman lately in our down time and have enjoyed playing him very much. Im even contemplating switching mains for the first time in a long time.

But how are Resto Shammies looking for Cata in the view of some of you guys that have been testing them out extensively?

I can't speak for Cataclysm, but how much of an impact it will have on resto shamans, is limited.

Shamans have done fine healingwise in PvE throughout Lich King, and not much change will happen in Cataclysm, from what I've read.

I'm confused about Chain Heal though, if that spam period is over, depends on how well the mana regen is, and if they alternated it in any way, from what I can tell on Thottbot(yes oldschool), it's called Chained Heal http://thottbot.com/s70809 - "Heals the target for 25% of a recent critical heal Chain Heal over until cancelled.
^ the description doesn't really make sense.
So I'm not really that sure, lets hope someone with a little more insight pops by.

Again this is just my research, the Chained Heal stuff could be faaaaaaaaar off!

Official Shaman hero.

Chained Heal is from the 4 piece Tier 10 bonus.
