wtf happened with my dps

Hi. Hope I'm not getting on your nerves with this but somehow my damage as an affliction warlock is not where i want it to be. I got a festergut hc log which could help u to analys what im doing wrong.

Additional information: At this time we had quite some laggs due to wednesday primetime . but i thill think i didnt do any good on this encounter. I had the vile gas quite often (3times) but im still not happy with this damage.

I took a quick look at your log and it seems you soaked a freaking malleable goo, that's a horrible dps loss and obviously you can't do top dps after that unless the other dudes in your raid soak goo aswell or suck in general.

Other than that I didn't notice lust/hero in your buff gain list so that's gonna lower your overall dps a bit, so you shouldn't compare that try with some earlier tries with bl/hero.

I can't really give you any other tips but dodge the goos.
On a positive note: nice timing with that infernal, it was active for 55 seconds so you took the most out of it.

Do u have any tips on saurfang hc? Our demolock is doing pretty good coz of the decimation procc caused by the adds. How do you handle saurfang as affliction?

I usually cast corr and ua on the adds and spam sb on the one im supposed to dps.

any tip would be nice too.

If you're talking about saurfang 25, then you shouldn't dot up the adds since they die too quickly, it's not really efficient so just spam shadow bolt while you're rolling dots on the boss.
