Non Demo doomguard dmg

How would you get over 1 mil dmg from DG if you are not demo? I have seen a log with 1.1 million dmg specced affliction.
These are the things that would be applicable unless i'm missing something:

orc racial
4pc
potion
power torrent

lightweave
will of unbinding

I usually get 375 - 550 thousand without orc racial but with engineering. I looked at a lot of other logs and i didn't see any
demo orcs with that high. It definitely wasn't 2 doomguards. Would lightweave and 400 extra int from WoU double it? The
doombolt count was 54. The log before (Ultraxion wipe) it was 785k so i doubt log error.

Could you link the log where you have seen affliction warlock doing over 1M damage with a single doomguard? Unless the fight mechanics affect to your damage done (like Zon'ozz for example) such numbers shouldn't be reachable.

well i was loath to post someone else's logs in case of exploit, epeen or ridicule or whatever but since it is no 3 on that fight probably doesn't matter.

It was on Ultraxion which is why 2 doomguards and fight mechanic can be ruled out. It just looks like he got 2 doomguards in 4 minutes.

It is certainly some kind of combat log bug because the Doom Bolt count is way too high. On the previous pull the Doomguard had abnormally high crit (over 50%) which explains the 700k+ damage. Other warlock had no Doomguard during the whole fight so combat log might have failed to separate the two?

Except that he reproduced the error a week before... another 1mil Ultraxion fight, that one with 60 doom bolts and the other Warlock had his doomguard. I think log error can be ruled out.

What else could it be other than logging error? The warlock is not able to reach those numbers frequently so unless there is a bug in the game allowing his doomguard sometimes do double damage/proc double doomguard from legendary staff, I don't see any other explanation.

Edit: There was also third warlock in that kill a week before who had no doomguard damage. Coincidence? :)

Whoever was taking logs was phased out when Warlock #2 summoned his DG, so combatlog.txt didn't pick up that one of the doomguards was his, and both DGs were attributed to Warlock #1. No DG summoned by 2nd warlock (link), but impossible Doom Bolt cast times that aren't just duplicated lines, i.e. log error (link). A healer is probably taking logs, since many guilds on 25m have healers phase out immediately, which is consistent with one lock getting his DG cast recorded but the other one didn't. More evidence: Time Warp is fading off people in logs, but no logs of anyone getting the buff, because the log taker is phased (link)
