Racials: Mobility vs Superior Damage

I wanted to get the community's opinion on the utility value of Goblins vs the pure stationary DPS increase of Orcs (and, to a lesser extent, Trolls). I'm considering a race change and these aspects of the racial bonuses make it an interestingly close call for me.

The Goblin haste racial is good, but not as good as Blood Fury/5% pet damage on Patchwerk/Ultraxion-style fights obviously. However, there is a lot more movement bursts on other fights - black death on Morchock, stacking/unstacking on Zon'ozz, getting to and from slimes on Yor'shaj, getting to pillars/dodging ice traps on Hagara, getting to and from a soaking position on lootship, getting into Shadowflame position for adds on Madness to name a few. Is there a consensus over these benefits (that obviously play well with a demonic circle taking you back to your original position after having to jump away due to mechanics) being comparable to the dps gap between goblin and orc?

Without knowing the raid bosses of MoP it's impossible to accurately predict the future benefits of increased mobility, but, purely as speculation, I think that blizzard is moving more and more towards heavy (or at least significant) movement fights, where the extra GCDs a goblin can spend dpsing may well be more valuable than the static power of an orc, as well as the increased survivability. People depended on rocket boots in ICC - some guilds wouldn't recruit players who wouldn't change professions to engineering to have them available for HLK for example, so I think it's an open question going forward as to the best horde warlock race moving through DS and into MoP.

I personally chose the race of my warlock based on the performance; I thought Orc would offer me the best perks currently. I still believe that I made the best choice, the goblin jump is a nice utility tool but I can't really imagine a situation where it actually offers extra dps as a warlock.

When it comes to MoP, you can't really know what happens to racials so it's quite hard to make any decisions for future.

And ye, I've heard a rumour that some Paragon players appreciate the muscles :)
