I had like 1100 haste and 2100 mastery before. I've recently reforged from full mastery to 1573 haste cap - SimCraft shows it's a DPS loss though.
Elitist Jerks forums say that I definitely should go for 1573 haste cap.
I really don't know what to do - Shall I go for full mastery no matter what? or go for haste cap no matter what simcraft says?

Unless you are pretty close to the haste cap, it's not worth it to sacrifice mastery/int for it in a single target fight.
