Headache on demo haste

Hey Paragons,
I know this might be a spam topic though i am a demo lock and since 4.3 patch came i get items with mastery mastery mastery.So i love this mastery but my haste is running really low.I have like 22 mastery and 5% haste i think i have messed up :)
So which is the critical haste point that since i reach i should not lose any more haste?

To elaborate futher, most haste plateaus for specs that have better secondaries than haste (i.e. demo) are only relevant if you get very close to them with a setup that maximises your better secondary. Then you can weigh if the plateau is worth enough DPS to trade some of your best secondary for haste.

If you don't know exactly what you're doing, they're better left out of consideration.

I believe that volcano fits better than Foul Gift of the Demon Lord but i want your opinion cause 383 intelect sound pretty good aint it?
