And my boots should be with lavawalker but i just got the staff and logout after enchant it.

Phase 2 has about 30 more intellect than the pyre
The pyre has much more mastery and crit.
4.3 sims make demo's stat priority Mastrery > Crit > Haste

I would use the phase 2.

If you look at it this way:
It has more haste, which is better than crit (for now)
The haste can be reforged to Mastery
The hit you gain from that staff versus the other you can reforge out of other places (or gem, if you have any hit gems) to gain more mastery that way. If you play around with reforges enough you can keep your mastery "loss" to a minimum and your int increase to a maximum.


If you dont mind me saying. If you're demo you're reforging out of a lot of mastery on your gear.

If you mean the 391 version of legendary, then yes its better. Because your gonna miss always some hit and you can
reforge the haste for mastery.
