Legendary and 4.3 (and beyond)

Just wondering what the Paragon locks thoughts are on how good the legendary will be for us once heroic Deathwing weapons are available. Assuming proc rates and stuff stays the same, will the proc scale too well to give up even given the significant more int/sp on the higher ilvl weapons?

Dont forget that they may nerf/buff the current legendary in the next tier to make Deathwing loot more tantalizing.

So far Spell Power, which is the most relevant stat in caster weapons, has increased by some 400-500 spellpower between tier, and from the looks of it I'd hazard a guess the legendary should be on par or slightly better than heroic Deathwing weapons.
