Heroic Baleroc DPS (Demo)

My guild recently killed heroic Baleroc on 10man for the first time, and while I managed to pull decent numbers, I underperformed by ~3500 DPS according to Patchwerk simulations. Would any of the locks here (Paragon or not) mind looking over our logs to see where I can improve? All the usual culprits, e.g. bad DoT uptime, bad DI uptime, etc. don't seem to be the cause.

I simmed your gear and it says you could do 9k more dps, the simulations you're running with must be faulty.
The biggest problems I noticed with a quick glance is that your corruption uptime isn't good enough, you're not standing close enough to the boss for shadow flames and immolation auras. Also there is the fact that your Fel guard has done almost twice the damage of your fel hunter. I can't find volcanic potions in the buff list.

I didn't check your raid comp thoroughly, but with a quick glance you should have all major buffs.

You used only 3 metas during the fight. If you see the boss dying before you can use mwc/ds and get the full benefit out of those you definitely should activate metamorphosis earlier. Looking at the log you went for soul firing instead of getting an extra meta, which necessarily isn't a bad choice.
