Could any paragon warlock give me tips or ideas, on how to provide the maximum, and fastest damage burst on the sons of flame during the ragnaros encounter on normal difficulty as affliction?

Soulswap off the boss before submerge, and when the sons spawn (assuming you have a designated target) Shadowflame, Soul Swap, Haunt, Soulburn: Soul Fire. Or spec Demo.

Switch target as soon as your target hits 50%.
