Unbuffed haste cap

Hi.

So, okay every guide talks about the 30% haste cap with 2437 rating as raid buffed (for goblin).

What i want to know is that how much is that rating without raid buffs?
(5% aura and 3% di + goblin racial)

The reason i ask from you, is that you can be trusted 100% unlike some other sources..

3844 without DI, without 5% haste and you're not a goblin.
