Dot Uptime and Heavy movement fights

Hello, I am a raiding destro lock and after going through logs, I'm noticing that I am having trouble having good dot uptime on heavy movement fights like Atramedes, Omnitron, Magmaw, etc. I'm concerned with paying attention to hazards around me, and I think I'm focusing too much on moving out of the way, and keeping clear that my dot uptime really suffers. How can I improve? How do I break tunnel visioning on one thing, and learn better awareness?
