I was watching this video today and I would like to know what dot timer Manni was using in it. I also wanted to know what mod Devai was using to change to damage font. Any help would be appreciated.

To me it seems to be DoTimer.

You can just set the timer settings to "icon". And place then like shown in the video over the unitframe for instance. That would atleast give a similar result.
