I'd like some insight on what I MAY be doing wrong.

Yes, this is a DPS evaluation! Stick with me. <3

I am a Demonology Warlock.
My guild is a tad "ehhh" when it comes to raid buffs, for the longest time we didnt even have a Demo Warlock, so Demo I went. I'm pushing what i'd LIKE to think is good numbers, but then again I usually dont ever pre-pot and pot during bloodlust.
I also usually start casting hellfire about 10 seconds pre-pull to proc all my trinkets/enchants to provide a larger Demonic Pact for my fellow raiders.
But is this REALLY going to make the difference between my DPS and those doing upwards of 19k DPS as demonology?

I'd also like to take this time to ask if someone could explain to me when I should be using Potion of Speed over Potion of Wild Magic or visa versa.
If it differs for any of the specs i'd love if you could explain that as well.
