Hi Mutiny, I'm afraid I'm not Diivil, but perhaps you will accept me as a substitute.

Frozen Bonespike is to my knowledge rather good for Demo and you probably shouldn't blow your DKP on anything else in a while. You should however use +63 SP enchant instead of Black Magic and focus on getting more Spirit gear. As for trinkets, you should start by getting Muradin's Spyglass from 10-man and then perhaps try and get your hands on Phylactery, DFO or STS. If your guild still runs ToC or you can find a decent group, Reign of the Dead wouldn't be a bad choice either.

Thanks do you by any chance know critical / haste caps so I can adjust for more spirit gear and would you put spirit over critical

There are no crit or haste caps you should be worried about. You should try to aim to have spirit in most of your gear apart from t10.

Spirit will, however, be rather useless when they implement the class changes in 4.0
