Hey, I'm a ret looking for improvement and was wondering if you had anything to say about my spec/gear. Could you say which leather or mail pieces would be a upgrade for me also? I know you probably get these type of messages a lot lol. I just second guess myself a lot and end up messing up in the end. Thx in advance! Hello Diamondtear & Ilonie,

I've seen you both (as of armory stalking) switching trinkets very often. I am wondering why, do you really need the extra SP on some encounters? Or is it because of the mp5 procc? Why would you choose Solace over Talisman?


Also, how much haste do you think is good right now? I'm sitting at 850 and think I could use even more. Something else that's bothering me is, the Plate loot in ICC25
has so much crit/mp5 or crit/haste that I probably going to have 45% crit unbuffed soon, should I be focusing more on mp5/haste (mail :/) when having so much crit? Is crit at some point wasted?

Sorry I'm not Diamondtear or Ilonie but the questions are rather simple.
Solace is the best trinket for Holy paladin after meteorite crystal, 180mp5 is huge boost to manaregen.
More haste the better.
Focus on haste/mp5 mail it is way better than crit/mp5 plate. Though crit/haste plate is still the best until u go oom in the middle of encounter.

Hey, i was wonderin what you suggest i can do to raise my dps against Putricide. I know its generally a low DPS fight to begin with, but i find myself at max in a perfect pull doin maybe 5.5k. And if i hit a chokin gas bomb maybe a bit less, 5.1-5k, but always like #14-15 on the chart. Like maybe you have any tips or tricks you got for it. Other fights im way up on the charts, topp 5 and such, its just this one i always have a ton of trouble.

Also i was wondering if you suggested any upgrades to any gear slots thats an upgrade from plate. Blizz seemed to have a hardon for warriors with all the plate ArPen gear you can get from crafting and frost. Like, what can i get for an upgrade to boots, im exp capped with glyph without the boots on, and arpen is basically useless. Maybe a leather or mail piece?

Because the proc makes it better than any trinket i have. When i get WFS or heroic DC, ill replace it.

I have a little question for ilonie :

A few weeks ago, when you did lich king 10 hm (gratz btw ;D), I saw you had mp5 gear (with bql trinket, 7-8 pieces with mp5). Wouldn't it be beter to wear crit / haste stuff ? (sorry if that is a nubish question, but I am unfortunately not a big TC, feel free to answer or not :-D)

I dont have bql trinket, but yes I have some mp5 gear, cause the encounter is long and have to heal as much as can all the way to the end. :<

Wouldn't it be beter to wear crit / haste stuff ?

I have much haste in that gear so its good stat. Not sure about crit, I've always tried to get about 35-40 % unbuffed and after that so much haste and mp5 as I can get.
