Hey Iiris, I have a question similar to Hopps', and that is why many top tier rets, such as yourself, are using Heroic Heart of Rage plus Impatience of Youth or Essence of Flame, instead of strength trinkets such as the Darkmoon card or the Apparatus. Also, one brief question, when do you use GoaK in relation to wings/zeal?

Cast wings/zeal 10 seconds after GoAK so you get full benefits of both spells.

Heroic HoR and Essence are just better than normal apparatus or dmc. Str proc trinket with str use trinket gives you nice cooldown stacking for bloodlust if it's used at the start of the fight and later you can stack the essence use always with wings. And ye, use wings+zeal 10secs after GoAK.
