Today, i see yours armory today, and you all are wearing 4 pieces of Tier. Is it really better than the other pieces heroic, even with the lack of haste?

Read EJ, the cliffnotes version, you lose about 3%~ haste but you can recover it with offset pieces like the haste relic and Twilights hammer, also you gain more regen and the socket bonuses are much better.

Pretty much this. The new 4 piece bonus is a major improvement. Definitely get Twilight's Hammer and the haste relic and your 4 piece ASAP.
