Holy Pala Addons and UI

Hello,I was wondering what are your suggestions for holy pal's addons that u guys are using in raids.I'm kind of new with Holy Paladin but wanna learn as much as possible about it because I'll be needed to heal in future raids and I don't wanna fail my guild.I've seen that ur using stuff like quartz I think and power auras,grid and clique probably but some other addons are unfamiliar to me.
Also do you have some other suggestions bout some guides you used to use or ur still using etc. It would all mean alot thank you :) And my apologies if theres alrdy post like this :/

Addons are speculative to the healer really, if it helps you heal, use it. Grid is a powerhouse of awesome though ;). As for guides just go read around on EJ and you should be fine.
