@Diamondtear [4piece tier vs Haste drops in raids]

Was wondering what is your opinion on the 4 set tier bonus vs the drops from raids with haste, and which would increase max performance in hardmode progression. I have been trying to find some stats and other opinions on this and have find little to none. Any info that could help would be appreciated.
