Seems like its pretty much best in slot for retribution paladin according to the recent theorycrafting in elitist jerks being better than the heroic trinkets even. I made mine today :).

And another question, how much time/mats do you spend farming zin'rokh?
I'm farming it hard but it doesn't appears TT.

According to the news item - http://www.paragon.fi/node/177 - he solved over 2500 Troll fragments plus tablets and it was on the 12th of January, so 5 days after the release minus the time getting to 85 and farming dungeons. All in all, not that much time I'd say. It is just RNG.
<ringuh> i try to avoid being sober when doing any kinda pugs

RNG can be really punishing. In my guild (400+ people) lots of warriors and DKs search for Zin'Rokh but it didn't proc for anyone. I'm personally sitting at 9355 Night Elf fragments, no Tyrande's doll as well. Don't count on Archeology epics. =(
