Dear Paragon. First of all Im a very big fan :) hehe.
I would really like to know what spec there would be easiest for leveling without any heirlooms, and which gems I should Stack at level 80 as feral (dps) .

Go into the resto tree when you get mangle up untill you get omen of clarity. then back into the feral tree to get the rest of the talents, personal choice but you may wish to take points out from elsewhere to get brutal impact, the ectra time off the stun will allow you to get in an extra shred.

Hi.

Agility Gems are your #1 choice until u can reach over 1k arp with full arp gems. As for the leveling spec, up till berserk in feral tree, Read the talents u take so you will also know a bit what you can do and what might be good to do whilst leveling, ofc this is dependant on your questing paths. But attacks like shred are useless whilst leveling so dont spec them either. OoC is good later on, but all +dmg increase talents are better than an RNG clearcast proc.
