I've got one question : Does multidoting to increase starsurge procs increase single target DPS ?
For example on a fight like Megaera, where you should be only hitting 1 head, does doting atleast 1 other one increases the effective DPS (I know that I'll get more dps because of multidoting, but it is that usefull ?)
