Boomkin opener question

Hello
I was wondering if the opener changes when hero is popped at the start of the fight?
Beucase CA runs off before Incarnation+Nature`s Vigil when hero is up at the start and doesn`t feel right?
So does the rotation change or it stays the same?

Also with the 4p bonus i saw a lot of druids going for 5600 haste? Can someone explain why? Since the cap with 4p is 3k(can`t remember exact number and the other cap is 8k(again can`t remember the exact number?

And last thing when multidotting ... should i dot the exclipsed dot on all targets frist and then the uneclipsed one? or put both dots then switch target and so on?

With enough haste you can go all the way from lunar to solar before using CA

People are just going for crit > haste > mastery and thats pretty much where it settles down

preferably eclipsed dots first
