Trouble with DPS (Q for Lappê)

One of my fellow raiders has been having issues getting her dps up. In WOTLK (last time she played Balance) she was doing amazing dps. On the dummies she does pretty decent, however all of the mechanics on the raid encounters cause her to lose a ton of dps. We have both done research and have read through many websites. We have also experimented with different talents and stat priorities. I am wondering if there are any tips or suggestions that you can give to us to increase her dps. Below is her Armory/Raidbot/Worldoflogs sites. If you will like any more info, or have any questions I will answer them as quickly as I can. Anything that will help even the smallest bit will be very helpful and very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Yes, I was a bit vague. I am sorry. A better question is can you list what your rotation is (assuming it is different than EJ)?

Also, do you have any macros that will lead to an increase in Dps?

starfall on cd

no special macros

*Cast Starfall on the pull
*Wrath x1
-(Enter Lunar Eclipse)
* Incarnation: Chosen of Elune + Nature's Vigil Macro
*Moonfire + Sunfire
*Starsurge
*Spam Starfire with Starsurge on proc
-(Losing Eclipse, you are at 0)
*Starfall (When other runs out)
*pop Celestrial Alignment (so the remaining ~15-ish seconds of Incarnation: Chosen of Elune will scale with CA, and the first ~15-ish will scale from Eclipse)
* Moonfire (Auto Sunfire)
* Spam Starfire with Starsurge off CD/proc
* Re dot just before CA runs out, and wrath spam to Lunar Eclipse.
* Starfall (When other runs out)

Few things to note:
When you cast wrath to enter Lunar, make sure to start of with Sunfire, then moonfire else you wont benefit your *Moonfire from Eclipse due to travel time.

*When multidotting, start with dotting all targets with the dot you are in elcipse in.

I am not completely sure about stat priority as I dont play Balance, but I think its something like this: (can confirm on the link from Lappe, ofcourse)

Single target fights you go for hit-cap>int>haste(5273 cap)>crit>mastery

Multidot you go for crit->haste to cap-> mastery.

Could be wrong, though.

After re-reading EJ and the last post she was able to get a 2k increase to dummy dps. Thank you very much. I hope that it will stay through a raid.
