Ok so first of all, which trinkets would you say where best to get, the int + haste proc one and the spine of deathwing one?

Then which wep will be best for me to get, the healing one or the staff that grants haste?

Ty in advance and GL in DS bet you will get world first on alt accounts or smth ;)

Maw of the Dragonlord > Ti'tahk, the Steps of Time. The healing done by the mace is quite enormous, especially in Dragon Soul where most of the fights require a bunch up mechanic.

I'm not 100% sure of the trinket question as I've not taken a good look on all that's available, but I think the haste proc + intellect stacking one will be the best options.

As Lestuniem said, the DW mace is simply superb for healing, so most likely Ti'tahk won't see much gameplay after all.

You'll want the stacking spirit trinket from Spine and either the haste or heal proc trinket to go with it. The stacking int trinket only procs from dot casts (not ticks, and not from heals at all), and while I haven't mathed it out, I highly doubt even that amount of intellect is worth one wasted cast every ten seconds.

On most encounters I'd use the DW mace. If you actually have both, just check how much the proc is healing, and swap if it's a negligible amount.

Hi.

Just not the particular gear optimization Let me ask you a stat on the other hand, the 4.2 patch did not have a lot of spirit and mana regen but now I have seen many people come back to the larger amount of Spirit around 4500-5000 but significantly less mastery instead of 20-21 14-15-16 more to the spirit that thinks that this content more mana regen is needed again!
