To spare you the trouble if you havent already seen his UI in paragons latest videos. Anyways the addons that is well recognized imo.

Frame: Pitbull.
Castbar: Ecastingbar.
Combattext: MikScrollingBattleText/MSBT.
Buff/Debuffs: Elkano's BuffBars.
Raidframe: Grid/Vuhdo can't really tell.
Powertracker: BalancePowerTracker BlizzardEclipseBar
+ Omen, Decursive, BigWigs, oRA2, Titan panel.

Correct me if i'm wrong. The frame I honestly don't know what it could be. :/

For a non healer, or if you dont like to spend you time configure your raid frames, I highly recommend Vuhdo. Undispelable debuffs will show as default. With grid you have to configure every single debuff thats not dispellable by any means.
