Hi Arx. I hope you can help me.

Always when i heal in Fireland my HPS going up to 19k - 20k in 10men but in 25men my HPS only 8k - 10k. Can you help me what i doing wrong???

I'ts impossible to know what you are doing wrong and right with only the armory to go on. I took the time to find some logs from your raids.

As you can see on the logs provided, in fact all healers are at 8-10k hps.
When you can push out more healing without going out of mana and too many people dieing, that means you are running with too many healers in 25 man player mode:) I would say you could easily drop 1-2 healers from the 7 (i think) you're using at the moment. In case things go wrong you can always rely on a tranquility. So I would suggest to make use of off-specs and only use as many healers as are needed for a fight and you will definately see the numbers going up, boss dies faster aswell so that's a win!:)

Thank for youre help. Now i going on to speak with my raid-leader if we can transfer 1-2 heal to dds an then we show if its going also good or better.
