Lappé´s hit Rating

I´d like to know something from Lappé:
1. Trefferchance (Hit Rating) +5,41% -> is that what you prefer? If you do so, why?
2. You have got some PvP Items with you... Do you use them for Raiding too?

Im not sure how you can ask this. Its pretty obviously its for RBG's, if his spec didn't tell you that i would have thought the pvp gear that is equipped would make it very obvious.
