1) I need to know to start solar eclipse or lunar eclipse for high dps when im begining dps boss
2) When i die eclipse will be on 0 , when im hiting starsurge automaticlly eclipse go solar eclipse
3) I pop Starfall on lunar eclipse is that right ?

you asked for which eclipse when you start to nuke a boss. and if i recall correctly, boss and adds arent the same thing.
