Sincerely, you will barely feel any difference going for Lifebloom or Regrowth breakpoints. Lifebloom are usually refreshed before they last their entire duration, so you just don't feel that extra tick, haste is simply linear in this case. Regrowth HoT ticks are just too weak and sparingly used to focus on having an extra tick or not.

Focus on Rejuvenation and WG/Efflo breakpoints. If you can't get to 2292, stay at 1184 for the Tranquility+Rejuvenation one.

You are wrong.. If LB gains an additional tick it will tick faster aka more tank healing, more mana regen (especially with tier 12 set 2) and more powerful healing in tree form with low mana cost

How imoportant is it to reach the second haste cap? 2005 or what ever it is. As it is now im stacking up on Mastery and crit.

So im just wondering, Is it wrong, stacking mastery/crit. instead of getting to 2005 haste rating?

It's about 15k free raid healing from Wild Growth every 8th sec (20k*0.15 healing in ToL form (15% more healing) so about 23k free raid healing in ToL every 8th sec) Plus about 7.5k (plus 15% in ToL) free raid healing from Efflorescence every 15th second if your average tick is 2.5k on Efflorescence (and hits 3 people) and 2.5k on WG (Plus cooldowns like Synapse springs, Volcanic pots, Power Torrent proccs are scaling good and you playing flawlessly (During gather phases) but even without gathering, it's so worth it, unless you are a tank healer which you should rarely be as a druid. It also depends on what bosses you are progressing on. I'm going for the 2005 cap for Ragnaros heroic next week, but if you arent even in heroic modes, it should not be needed.
Its -Deffenently- worth sacrifising mastery and crit to get it. I don't know about spirit. Depends on your raid comp, and if you have mana issues obviously. Try to not sac too much int tbh, but mastery and crit are totally worth reforging to haste to reach the haste cap. When you got 2005 haste rating (2014+ to be sure) then you'll usually want to stack Mastery. NOT crit. and keep a 100% uptime on Harmony while healing is needed.

Thank you for the respons. I still missing 2 items to make it to 2005 haste without sacrifice to much other stats.
