Problems with DPS (Balance)

So i got some problems with my dps and im not 100% sure about my rotation. Right now im doing Zandalari for gear but im doing pretty low dps 6-8k, ive (almost)always had problems with my dps and i know that i dont have gems,enchants and even glyphs because they are so expensive so i cant afford them.

First off - The troubles with your dps can result in not having glyphs,gems,enchants and so on. Those aren't really expensive. Gems are aorund 100g stack - enchants cost overall 800g - glyphs around 200g.
The rotation i use to play with is - Starsurge-moonfire-insect swarm-Tree pets - Starfall-Wrath/starfire ( what ever releases eclipse-SS MS and IS when they run out of timer/cooldown - If you gotta knock some adds back put a typhoon on.
This should help on your dps - Dont know if there is a better rotation but i use this one and its pretty good :)

In my server gems, glyphs and enchants are expensive because its low populated server there are like only 10 Jewelcrafters active....
i don't want to pay more than 200g for gems. Enchants are well they are pretty ok priced
but then glyphs are again so damn expensive

If you want glyphs - Go level inscription - its fast and cheap to do and the glyphs you can make doesn't really require any mats - I indeed its is a overrated price for Gems - so i understand if you dont wanna buy them.
