Lappé Reforge Selection

Hey -

I've noticed that you are the type of person who changes specs / gear / reforge for many different scenarios but lately i have seen you go full out Mastery(up to and past 20%) while bringing your haste from out of moonkin form to roughly 14%. I was wondering if their was a reasoning to this for a specific boss? or do you find that Mastery is the way to go with the gear that we currently have acquired.

the boss is called ~~Flag Carrier~~ in wsg and twin peaks

full mastery reforges --> 100% crit chance to 2 spells from 4set bonus = 100k burst on FC (wrath/starfire+instant starsurge + mushrooms)

lmao - and what i mighty flag carrier that is. i figured as much in the standpoint of PvP and not for PvE but i was just checking if you had some crazy shit up your sleeve.
